BRING IN THE NEW YEAR RIGHT CHALLENGE
there are only 3 months left before 2014, and i want to bring in the new year right, so i decided to make a challenge for myself. on the first of every month [starting oct. 1], i am going to weigh in, give my measurements, and take progress photos which i will share. my goal is to lose at least 1 lb a week, making 4lbs a month. keeping at that pace, i should lose 12 lbs by new years [153 goal weight].
