It’s obvious that exercise is needed in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and i intend to work out 6 out of the 7 days in the week, as you should allow your body one day to rest.
I am going to focus a lot of my time on cardio, as i play field hockey and want to get back in good running shape for the fall, and the school gym also lacks in toning/weight lifting instruments.
