I am currently 19 years old, in my sophomore year at college. At 16, i was told i had polycystic ovarian syndrome, which then led to weight gain. My weight gain has been like a roller coaster going up and down for the past 3 years peaking at the end of my freshman year at college, but now i want to take charge of my life to lose weight and finally rid of my PCOS. On this blog i intend to record my daily meals and activities as an incentive to eat healthier and work out more. As i learn more about pcos and what works for weight loss and what doesnt, i have no doubt i’ll be successful in the end. Hopefully this motivation, eating well, and exercising more will lead to my goal of losing 25 pounds and getting rid of PCOS forever
